1950's Nichols pair of 45 Stallion mark 2 toy gun pistols w 4 bullets & holster

  
We are offering a pair of Nichol's, Jacksonville Texas, Stallion 45 mark 2 toy cap gun pistols with 4 bullets only- no shells, and a original well used holster. They are being offered for parts or restoration. Both nickel plated metal bodies are in excellent but used condition but have no noticeable damage whatsoever. All mounting screws are present. The bullet extractor spring works smoothly on both units and the cylinder covers still fit tightly and do not slide open on their own. Both trigger mechanisms work consistently but on one unit the cylinder advances sometimes one or more times then stops but if you pull the hammer back manually, the cylinder advances every time. On the other unit the cylinder advances rarely and even engaging the hammer doesn't cause the cylinder to advance, but then again, on occasion it will work using either trigger or hammer for one or more advances.

I suspect that the cylinder advance/pusher rod is worn on both units. In addition, one of the red "N" buttons is missing, and none of the grips are worth saving because they have a combination of hairline cracks, missing pieces and elongated or damaged screw holes. Grips with a new push part should bring these back to life.
