Only minor marks here and there. You have to pull the trigger and let it go so it snaps back. This has not been tested with caps. The red labels on the grips are missing. The pistol measures 7 and the assembled toy measures 27 total.

Otherwise, I found no issues or significant wear but please check the photos below just in case I missed something obvious. Please note that the camera picks up lint and dust resting on the item(s) that may appear as flaws. Please examine each picture carefully for actual flaws keeping in mind that most of these toys look far better in person than they do in the pictures.
