This is a toy cap gun. This is an unused toy. I only put condition as used due to open box and the fact that the gun is not in the original attachment and that the box has agewear as listed below and needs some cleaning. It is an unused toy playset. The badge and id card are still attached to the box.

The gun has been removed from the rubber band style attachment in the area but is unplayed with as evidenced by the clean magazine. The box has some age wear and staining.

It is 55 years old dated 1963. Box is original not a reproduction. ID card needs some cleaing.

Not sure how much they will clean up. I did clean them up a little.

Box insert has some warping and the one gun hole opening in the cardboard is slightly torn. I did not put the gun back under the rubber band attachment as I did not want to risk tearing it. It is still soft and pliable. It cannot be altered or made to fire any bullets.

The cap gun is plugged with a permanent orange blaze. This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug. As you see it in the pics. Please Note: This is a toy cap gun & cannot be altered or made to fire bullets, ammunition or projectiles of any kind. The cap gun is plugged with a permanent orange blaze plug.

In the case of very large packages it may take me a day or two to get or make a proper sized box. The lead/phthalates ban in children's toys and other items went into effect on Feb.
