Really nice GENE AUTRY OFFICIAL RANCH OUTFIT HOLSTER SET WITH KENTON CAST IRON GUNS. This model Kenton cap pistol was first introduced in 1939. I do not know if this is an all original matched set.

But they are definitely correctly matched. Both guns have play wear and age wear. The grips fit tightly on both guns, but the rearing horse and Gene's sig have been partially worn off. One set of grips has a mottled surface which I haven't seen before. The other gun's grips are smooth.

The holsters themselves are really nice and show minimal signs of usage (another reason I'm not sure this an original matched set) See photos for details of condition on all components. The box lid has damage to the edge flaps (see photos), but the Gene and Champion's picture is bright and clear.

The lower box section also has edge breakage. All of this is repairable with careful gluing and taping. Overall I rate this set as "good" with the guns in superior condition to the box. Note these are toy guns with orange inserts in their barrels.
