38 Cap gun, Holster, ID Card, Shootin Shell Bullets, & Original Box. The Mattel Official Detective Snub-Nose. 38 Detective Set is in Excellent to Near Mint condition. HTF in any condition it is fantastic addition to any MATTEL Collection.

38 is the Shootin-Shell version. It is approximately 7 long x 4-1/2 high.

Nice polished chrome finish with minor surface scratches, and blemishes, across the gun. The brown plastic grips are clean, intact with only no cracks or splits. The gun does not appear to be cap fired as the hammer is clean and there is no cap residue or corrosion. Operationally perfect condition, fires with a crisp hard hammer snap and cylinder rotation with each pull of the trigger. Overall approximately 7"wide x 14-1/2" high. It is an adjustable Shoulder Holster with instructions on the box on its use. It is made of Dura-hide very pliable, and features the MATTEL imprinted in a circle at the top of the holster pocket. Some very minor aging, fading, and surface scratches. Overall approximately 4"wide x 5" high.

The cover is made of plastic/vinyl and includes the original Private Detective badge and clean ID Card under the clear plastic. Includes 6 Shootin-Shell Casings, and 10 gray bullet noses. Is approximately 14"high x 10" wide x 2 high. Very crisp bold colors and Graphics on the front, back, sides and ends of the box. Target cutout at the bottom of the box is intact.

Clear crisp lettering and images detail the Instructions on the back of the box are c The box has some aging, scuffs, finish loss and edge wear, but No rips or tears. This item is a TOY. Please examine the photo's carefully as they are part of the description.
