Rare 60's Vintage Boxed Duck Shoot Revolving Action Target Plastic Toy Gun Rifle

  

Here we have a very rare vintage boxed Mettoy "Duck Shoot" game. (No 7140) I believe this would date from the 1950's or 60's and it's pretty much complete and original!

It's fully functioning, the only thing I believe that is not original is what holds the ducks to the revolving pole. I think it would have been held up by a screw but that wasn't with it so I have included 3 rivets that you can slot through the holes to hold in place (photo 11). Please see photos for the condition - there is some signs of age to both the box as well as the toy itself. There is a little red paint missing in places and some of the cardboard on the ducks has peeled away.

There are 2 original bullets/darts included but one has some damage to the end but it still fires. I forgot to measure this whilst it was unpacked but I would say it is at least 4 and a half foot tall. This is a great fun item, perfect for a vintage toy collector or purely for nostalgia.
