Vintage 1950s Mattel Shootin' Shell. 45 Cap Gun "The Big One". This vintage Mattel toy cap gun is in great condition. The mechanism is very solid and functions as it should.

Cosmetically the gun is in remarkably good condition for its age. Small scratch marks near the. The stag grips are tight with no cracks, chips or breaks. The loading gate is tight and stays in whatever position it is placed.

The cylinder indexes properly and rotates positively each time the trigger is pulled. The hammer only holds at the half cocked position. Photo's count as part of description!
