Vintage / Antique Ives Cast Iron Black Face "sambo" Toy Cap Gun 1887 RARE. This is an antique Ives Cast Iron "Sambo" Toy Cap Gun made in 1887. This is a fantastic piece and 100% original.

It's very rare as the hammer goes off in the mouth of a black face person. These are incredibly hard to find especially with a black face head. My grandfather has had it since the early 1920's. This is a fantastic conversation piece. Please look at the pictures carefully and let me know if you have any questions. Description - This cap gun is a single shot, single action capshooter and is 4 3/8 inches long. This cap gun has some condition issues but you can clearly make out the black face. It would be a great addition to your cast iron cap gun collection. The item can't be converted to shoot a lethal projectile.
