VINTAGE LONE STAR FLASH GORDON TOY SPACE GUN - RARE. MADE IN ENGLAND AND ORIGINALLY RELEASED IN 1981, THIS WAS THE ONLY TOY EVER RELEASED THAT WAS OFFICIALLY LINKED TO THE FLASH GORDON MOVIE.

THE RED DIECAST METAL GUN WHICH FORMS THE BODY OF THE TOY IS ACTUALLY THE SAME AS THE CAPTAIN SCARLET GUN FROM THE 1960's, BUT HAS HAD WHITE AND BLUE PLASTIC PARTS ADDED, AND THE FLASH GORDON STICKER. You can't open the cap chamber due to the white plastic pieces, so when you fire it, it makes a bang noise and that's it. This is how it was made. In excellent original condition, the best unboxed one we have seen. This is a true survivor! Has a couple of tiny chips to the red paintwork, minor scuffs to the plastic parts, and wear to the Flash Gordon sticker to the left side. Measures 8 from back to front.
