Vintage Hubley The Rifleman Cap Gun Rifle

  
This is a vintage toy rifle from Hubley. This toy is in good overall condition with some scratching on the stock.

The barrel has some scratching. There is no pitting or rust on the metal part of the toy that I can detect. The action works well when the toy is cocked and the trigger is pulled.

There is a button that opens the part of the toy where the I think the caps are loaded, that also seems to work as it should. The plastic stock has no cracks or chips in it that I can see. On the back of the stock it says HUBLEY MFG. On toy's lever action it is marked "MADE IN THE USA". The the metal part of the toy it says THE RIFLEMAN PAT NO 2,857 699 HUBLEY FOUR STAR SUSSEX INC. The toy rifle is approximate 32.5 inches. This is a toy gun. It cannot fire real bullets or be converted to fire real bullets.
