Vintage Marx Luger Gun With Silencer Prototype Never Produced 1960s

  

Vintage Sixties Marx Prototype Luger Cap Pistol from the factory, with hidden folding arm (stock) that was never produced in this variation. Notice the engravings on the pistol it appears the handle is painted and the rest of it isn't. From what we can tell the engravings were used on the final version of the luger for production. Yet, there are some small changes, but the most noticeable is the folding stock arm is not longer there.

We assume the folding arm was to extend the reach of the luger (the folding arm does unfold, please remember to unfold it carefully and slowly) as this is a vintage collectible as you know and it can't be replaced. The silencer doesn't come off and is a little bit bigger than the final model. The very last photo is the actual production model so you can compare them side by side if you like, it isn't included in this sale and is only shown for illustrative purposes of the final production model, you will notice many similarities. If you are looking for a true rare collectible that never saw production look no further than this. Please review the condition description above and collectors as you know this isn't meant to be fired, or played with, it is a prototype that is over five decades old, and is quite valuable and rare!!!

This is the design before they completed the Luger Pistol, which didn't have the folding stock. We have never fired it, and do not convey it does fire or works at all, it is a prototype and a collectible.
