Vintage Mattel Shootin Shell Fanner Toy Cap Gun 6 Shooter Working Used. This is likely from the late 50's to 60's. Some wear as shown in the pictures, this includes wear to the chrome finish. The cylinder is a gold-like color.

There is a small dent in the barrel as shown in the picture with the orange pointer. The grip is free of cracks and is in nice condition. This toy cap gun was tested with a shootin shell, when the trigger is pulled, the hammer goes back, strikes the cap, the plastic projectile shoots out, and the barrel turns. The mechanism of this toy cap gun is corroded as pictured.

Measures 4 1/4 from the front of the face of the cylinder to the muzzle. Does not include shootin shells. This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
