Vintage Nichols Model 61 Toy Cap Gun Excellent Condition

  

CUSTOM NICHOLS MODEL 61 CAP GUN. This is an excellent, fully functioning Model 61 that has been custom painted. It started as a badly deteriorated chrome gun, with the chrome finish flaking and peeling everywhere.

The bright parts; trigger, cylinder and hammer, have been stripped of their original "bad chrome" and highly polished to obtain the satin luster you see. The frame was stripped of the old finish and painted with a satin finish. That gun is pictured in the last picture. You will be pleased with this unique, and one of a kind gun, patterned after an original rare gun.
