It would make an interesting conversation piece on a fire place mantel or framed and hung on the wall as decorative art. These long barrel cast iron cap guns are fairly scarce because, over the years, the little "Buckaroos" would accidentally drop them and the long barrel would snap off.
It is nice to find one complete and undamaged. This "Three Star" "25-50 TARGET" cast iron cap gun is 9 3/4 long and well documented. It is referenced on page #147 of "Cast Iron Toy Guns and Capshooters" by Logan and Best as T6.1.
