The stock also has a label which reads "Baltimore Oriole" and have not seen this label on other examples. The embossed metal appears to be in great condition. There is a small warp on the top of the receiver that holds the barrel. The barrel is slightly loose due to the warp and can be seen in the close up photos.
The black paint on the barrel is in good condition though it appears a bit mottled and some minor surface rust, which seems to be the case in all the examples of this piece that I examined. The cap holder opens and is clear and clean. The gun appears to work just fine but not tested with caps. The action is very good, and it cocks and shoots properly.
