Marx Civil War plastic cap gun set in excellent condition. There are no broken or damaged parts to the set. The pistol is in near mint condition. It is 10 inches long and 4 1/2 inches high. It is all plastic except for the hammer and trigger. There are no splits or repairs to the pistol. It fires with a hard hammer snap. The holster is in excellent condition with minor scratches. The belt is adjustable 22-31 inches long. It has the original plastic tie for the holster. It has a chrome finish buckle imprinted CSA.

The holster is 6" wide and 11" high. The holster is marked MARX on top of the holster. It has a chrome finish medallion on front. The cartridge box is 4" wide 2" tall and 1 1/2 deep. It has a chrome finish CSA medallion on the box.

This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law including a permanently attached orange plug.
