My dad got me started on this- when I was a child he was an Industrial designer for IRWIN, Mattel, Hasbro and other New England Toy companies in the 1950's and early 1960's. I inherited his collection as a starting point. This collection was carefully stored and curated. Most examples are in excellent condition with no firing/no wear to light firing and/light wear. "Bonanza" toy cap gun and single holster set. The holster is Bonanza NBC branded. The pistol is dead production mint and looks like new. The pistol is not branded but looks like a Lone Star design. Single pistol leather holster in good condition. The steel buckle has some light rust. The pistol is in outstanding Mint condition. The pistol is in outstanding dead-mint production condition. The brightwork looks like new. No cap burn or corrosion in or around the firing chamber or hammer ands strike plate. I don't think this pistol was ever used.
The trigger is smooth and snaps with authority. The faux ivory handles are flawless and look like new. This item has never been cleaned or polished.
