VINTAGE 1950s-1960s NICHOLS WESTERN CAP GUN TURQUOISE PISTOL N. MINT w BOX

  
I recently found TWO of these caps guns, both exactly the same. This is the second, and LAST, one I have to offer. This is a vintage toy cap gun, made in the fifties or sixties. It is a MINIATURE pistol, that measures 3 & 3/4 inches long. The toy gun is EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT.

If it was ever used, it wasn't used much. It comes in the original box, which reads: Flip Out... " A foil label, on the top of the box, reads: "GOLDEN TONE PRESENTATION MODEL... The finish looks silver, but in the right lighting, it has a slight gold luster.

The previous one I had looked the same. The contents include the SMALL pistol, (which has turquoise colored plastic grips) a turquoise colored plastic holster, and 3 toy bullets. There are 2 bullets in the holster, and a third inside the cylinder. When you press a lever, under the barrel, you can "flip out" the cylinder, to reload. Also includes the original EMPTY "Nichols Stallion Round Caps" box. The inner bottom, of the box, is marked (in part): For re-conditioning, return with 35 Cents to: Customer Service, Circle N. The BOX is in GOOD condition.

It has no writing, punctures or split corners, just some soiling to the box top and tan spotting inside the bottom. I've had a few of these "PINTO" cap guns over the years, but the grips and holster are usually CREAM colored - NOT turquoise, like THIS one. Thank you for shopping at Funky retro Monkey.
