Vintage 1970s TOY ECHO GUN Gerry Anderson UFO TV Series Prop Working Nice

  

This electronic toy gun was produced in Taiwan in the 1970s. It is my understanding one of these toys was used as the basis for the Shado pistol in the Gerry Anderson UFO series. This toy gun works great. It requires a 3 AAA batteries (not included).

When the trigger is pulled it makes a loud gun noise with an echo effect. Toy measures 9.75 long. There are some light scuffs and scratches, but toy is in good shape overall. The battery compartment is clean. One of the battery springs has come loose from its attachment point.

It stays in place and will still hold a battery, but it may need repair in the future. This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
