The progenitor of all ray gun toys that followed, the Buck Rogers XZ-31 Rocket Pistol by Daisy Manufacturing caused a Christmastime sensation in 1934. There are many of these guns available, and most of them look like they are indeed 86 years old, and time is generally not kind to metal toys. This survivor is one of the finest examples that can be found. The factory blueing looks rich and smooth, the engraving/stamping is crisp, and the stainless steel is bright. Its cocking mechanism is strong, and it fires with a loud POP!
