Vintage HAJI Cow Boy/ Gun Wind Up Litho Tin Toy Jumping Horse Made In Japan. The wind-up feature works as intended.

The last photos are blurry due to wind up being in action. The wind-up mechanism is in good working order and causes horse to gallop and cowboy to move forward and backward.
