THIS CAP GUN HAS THE APPROPRIATE BLAZE ORANGE MARKING IN THE BARREL AND DOES NOT AND CAN NOT FIRE LIVE ROUNDS OR PROJECTILES. This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug. THIS IS A TOY AND CAN NOT BE MODIFIED TO SHOOT ANYTHING.

I did pull the trigger and the toy operated like it should including the'whine'. Also included is the rare and hard to find cardboard insert which covers the toy seen in picture 6.
