Up for sale Vintage Nichols Stallion 45 Mark II Six Shooter Cap Gun. Comes complete with bullets and extra black grip plates. Box has wear with a small strip missing and also some tape. It shows no wear what so ever. Please look at pictures for best idea of conditions.

This large diecast, long revolving cylinder toy cap pistol is a classic Nichols design. The detail and realism of this and other Nichols guns of the period made them the Cadillac of Baby Boomer cap guns. This gun in in near mint condition. Comes with extra black grips and original box that has a missing strip as you can see by the photos. These guns were designed to load and use large 2-piece cap-firing Nichols bullets.

Round caps were inserted in the brass casings, which were placed over base metal cartridges. The bullets were then loaded in to the cylinder. This gun will load 6 bullets (included) that are loaded into the gun by a right side loading gate (door).

Note: You should dry fire (without bullets) these guns as little as possible. These guns (or any Nichols bullet-loading guns) are designed to be fired with a bullet in each chamber that will absorb the force of the hammer fall. This replica gun contains the colored markings required by law, including a permanently attached orange plug.
